This is correct. A discussion further on showed the date
received and -in-service for each of the above cars and compared
these dates with other cars received in same group. It was
also noted and I quote myself::
""Car 1547 was received after 1602 was received (1945.08.02,) the
first of the 16s. Cars 1547 and 1602 went into service on the
same date and about 5.5-months after 1564."" Car 1564, of
course, was the last car received in the 15-series.
What then gets confusing is that this 1547-2 swapped numbers
with 1505 in 1947!!
