  By the way, when were the 44, 47, 48, and 49 routes abandoned? 
I know the 48 and 49 were combined to form the 49-Arlington-Warrington,
but when? I also know 47 was dropped to become 53, with 53's previous
route abandoned, but when? Seems to me that in 1973 and 74, there was 
no 44. But this photo clearly shows that the power was still on.
