My father took exactly six pictures of trolleys in all the thousands of
frames of film he exposed. Five of them were taken August 29, 1953. The
sixth is a Kodachrome of a 3700 outbound at Cheeseman about 1944 or 1945.
To him, that covered all that was important!
I haven't printed in the darkroom in over three years. Someday here I hope
to find the time to correct that. Then we can talkl about prints!

Subject: [PRCo] Interurban track remains/ row
Was just wondering fellas, if anyone has any photos of Simmons
Loop(looking south) right after abandonment of the Charleroi
interurban. Clear shots of the r.o.w. or even track before it was
removed would be a bonus.
Also looking for shots of Drake Loop right after the Wash.
abandonment. I've seen the loop, what I'm really looking for is
the hillside opposite the old Drake Stop, or even a view looking south
where the trestle used to be.
For Charleroi, 1954-55 would seem to be the range I'm looking for.
For Wash., mid 1954-55 might be the correct years because the
trestle still stood in Feb.1954 as most of us know.
To Ed- Did your father take any shots of the removal of track. I've
seen the photo of Cheeseman Stop with you as a little boy.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated! I'll pay for prints,
if they are not copywrighted. Thanks a bunch!
