I hate to let the foamer in me speak, but you and Steve used the term "PAT
modernization" a bit too liberally in your notes on Pittsburgh's routes.. ;-)
Some of the East End and North Side lines seemed to have been good candiates
for upgrading to light rail standards. The 10-15 comes to mind, though to be
truthful, I dodn't know what the ridership figures were during the last years
of streetcar operation.
