McDonnell.
Mesta then Bethel going southbound then downhill and around the
gentle curve to McDonnell at a grade crossing.
Believe the post-abandonment photo you want of Simmons would be
June--1953 forward. Track *may* have been removed from
Charleroi faster than from Washington.
Did a crossing exist in Simmons loop when it was built?? O-R
did the crews come out after the last car and pull up some
Charleroi rail to install the final curves segments on the
Simmons Loop??
