The official listing (prepared by PRCo) lists 12.16%, I think (don't have it
in front of me).  Had there been something steeper, they would have listed
it, with their penchant for detail.

What was the steepest grade in Pittsburgh trolley system? Some steep grades
were on the 21 Fineview line, about 12.5%, em I right? But also 16.8% grade
was mentioned somewhere.
