Ed:

Do you have any idea how steep the ramp is from the Panhandle Bridge up
to Arlington Avenue?  Think we should sneak in there some Sunday with a
five foot spirit level and an engineers scale calibrated to tenths?  It
occurs to me that it is one hell of a grade.  To Boris:  This was a
piece of track built by the Port Authority, it will not be in the
Pittsburgh Railways gradient listing.
