I don't know the gradients on either of these bridges.  There is a complete
set of LRT Stage I material waiting in the Parsons Brinckerhoff Pittsburgh
office for the PTM Library...it may well be in there.  This stuff will move
south when Larry and I can conveniently schedule it.

I mean the one that ties the line to the Panhandle Bridge and the
subway.  It had to be built before the Smithfield Bridge was closed to
rail.
