Light rail did not fail in Buffalo.

The City of Buffalo failed.

Their downtown is really dead.  Industry has moved away.  Even
Niagara Falls NY is dead.

The mall downtown should have been in a subway.

Like East Liberty and North Side taking off the auto traffic
increases the desolation.

Buffalo now is changing to an atrractive new white paint job on their
LRV's.

The non articulated car is very nice.  They run 3 car trains on what is
really a subway line.
