Stay away from Nevada as well. We had our first rattle snake warning of the
year yesterday. As the weather cools, the snakes become more active and spend
more time out during daylight hours. But they do their best to avoid human
contact. Several years ago, one of our church leaders just had to pick up a
baby rattle during a Boy Scout camping trip on Mt. Charleston and wound up in
Valley Hospital.
