I have CRS most days (mostly with names of people).   Your clue sent me to one of Ben Rohrbeck's boooks, in which he has three pictures captioned "Bens Creek," two of which are very clearly on the center of the road right-of-way on Roxbury Avenue.  The third one confuses me but it have have been Ferndale Avenue before it was double tracked and before the loop was installed.  I have no dates for that track
improvement but pictures suggest that it happened after World War II.  On page 70 of that book he has reproduced a postcard in front of the Windber train station.

If you can find something more than I can find, please tell me.
