The township zoning people would have a field day on that!  There is no
ordinance on the books yet prohibiting a streetcar in the back yard but I
guarantee that there would be 60 days after I put it there.  Our township has
rules about everything ... you cannot wash your car, change oil, or put in a
new headlight bulb at home ... that is illegal. You may burn trash only on
Tuesdays if you buy a permit first.  Driveways must be paved ... it is illegal
to track mud on the streets.   The list goes on and on and on.  I've had a
serious desire to put an inflatable pink elephant on my house roof just to see
how long it would take to make it illegal.  Or a statue of Venus on the front
lawn.
