[PRCo] Trip west not advised now

The LA area is experiencing two disasters at once this date. LAMTA is on strike with all local bus ,trolley, and subway services not running !!!  This is due to medical benefits for union mechanics being cut in budget talks so they struck the system. Drivers of LAMTA are obsrving picket lines and no service is running because of that.  The other problem in LA eastern counties of Riverside and San Bernardino are wildfires,mostly arson caused, burning thousands of acres and it is still happening now. Hundreds of homes in the affected areas were destroyed due to high winds ,mostly in San Bernardino !!  Smoke is so thick roads are shut down because of poor visibility. Cajon Pass RR's ceased because of fire danger today. Winds continue and fires mostly out-of-control !!! No firefighting planes can fly due to this !!!        rogertrolley
