For some reason I seem to suspect that the Sunday Only car stops tended to 
be located mid-block - if the church was mid-block.  I also suspect that a 
photo of Homwood Cemetary entrance on Forbes might show a Sunday Only car 
stop.  There were fantrip photo stops there on a couple of occasions - 
perhaps will check the slides of 1400 series cars and M454 fantrips tonight 
to see if anything shows up.

What about Toronto?  Did Toronto have Sunday Only stops?  Again just a vague 
impression of different colored painted car stop identification on utility 
poles.
