B2 and B2b trucks all came from Clark Equipment Co., better known today for fork
lift trucks.  The B3 was a Saint Louis Car Co. design.  I was not aware that the
B-3 trucks on the PAT 4000s were new ... you can make a new truck by replacing
rubber, springs, the bolster grease cup, wheels, wheel inserts.  I could be
uneducated but I cannot imagine anyone building a new B3 (unless we have a
fortune in government money that needs to be spent).
