I have heard something about SEPTA maintenance practices in
Philadelphia from Russ Jackson. But we had the same practices in
some (former) Czechoslovakian properties too. I have a wiring
diagram of Westinghouse equipped PRCo. 1700. These cars had
overspeed relays; the function seems to be very simple, but what
about GE? Had those 1700 series cars overspeed relays too?
