That's free compared to Europe.

There are plenty of cheap places to live around here, though sadly if you
want to live near one of the carlines it's probably a bit more. I
discarded the South Hills out of hand due to the Fort Pitt Bridge project
(which was on the drawing board when I bought). Still cheaper than
anywhere in CA I bet.

It's over now, and I didn't hear any absolute horror stories from my
friends in Beechview during the project.
