  Roger, 

  I have some friends that live just outside of Burgettstown. If you
like the country, the surrounding areas are nice. I certainly would
not want to make the commute to Pittsburgh like my friend does. 
 If I were retired, however, the only trips I'd be making would be to
PTM(which is relatively close), to the grocery store, and to the airport to get away once in awhile.                                   They actually
go into West Virginia to shop as it's the closest. Don't know what
Real estate goes for as i've been out of touch for awhile. They 
purchased their home about 10 years ago relatively cheap.
