[PRCo] Traffic

You never want to take the I-80 bypass to get from O'Hare to points east.
We've learned that it's much faster to take the Kennedy Expressway through
downtown, then the Skyway to Indiana.  Also, tolls are less on the Skyway
than on the Interstate bypass belt.
