[PRCo] Cigarette tax

I just follow cigaette prices, and wonder why people put out that money for
something that they claim they don't want. But then, I never started
(smoking).

Now that the Chicago cigarette tax has taken effect, City Council is
debating a ban on smoking in all restaurants. Many suburban restaurants
here don't allow smoking. The trend is moving in that direction - how often
do you see a bowl of matchbooks on the cashier counter in a restaurant?
