This is an election year.  Suspect the price of gas will ease off by 
November.  But no big deal.  In the long range, it's going up substantially.

Another point no one wants to talk about concerning gasoline prices:   
Aren't the oil contract prices based on dollars, which has declined in value 
over the past couple years?  Guess it's ok for Americans to demand quarterly 
cost of living adjustments in their paychecks, but it is illegal for 
non-Americans to demand cost of living adjustments in oil supply contracts.  
Because in a round about way, that is what you are seeing.
