The Red Arrow St. Looie rolled 50 feet for the first time under its own
power at 14:59 Saturday April 17.  They had some problems getting it
moving ... the motor shop had mistagged the pilot motor and traction
motor leads, and had wired the MG set wrong.  Good help is so hard to
find these days.  But it does move.  Still needs to have door engines
installed, lettering, packing journals (this week)and a host of little
things.  Justin thinks he will have it done by mid May.  And then he can
start on 4398.  He was muttering something about a vacation late
