Perhaps Jim, and Boris,  the issue isn't the safety of asbestos but the development of the legal system in the United States.   National Tramway Museum in Crich, England, was planning last year to import a PCC from Marseilles, France.  And they were exploring ways to get rid of the asbestos before in came into Britain ... in this case it was the British health and safety laws.  And out legal system originated in Britain and the Brits are just as willing to sue as the Americans.

The lightning is crashing outside.  I wonder how soon God will be sued because of a lightning strike?
