West Liberty Boro joined Pgh on 6 Jan 1908
Beechview Boro on 4 Jan 1909

Not too much help, perhaps, but in 1910 the boroughs of Carrick, St. Clair & 
Knoxville were still independent. All three had been absorbed into the city by 
1931.

Which prompts another question: why did Mount Oliver hold out? And in what ways 
does it remain independent?
