Scratch that last guess. The black fencing IS sticking in my head

on the car is blurry, but blowing it up semmed to produce two
blurry words. Rt. 30 Crafton-Ingram would make sense. Can't read the
car number either, but wasn't 1790 a V-front GE car used on the
West End lines? I've seen quite a few photos of this area and seem to remember the black iron fencing somewhere in this area.
