It's titled Herron Avenue Car Barn and is dated 1950.

If you go into the Full Text section of Historic
Pittsburgh and search for Lewis Guide, you will find
the Lewis 1923 Street & "Trolly" Guide.  Trolly is
mispelled on the cover

There is a section listing streetcar lines as of 1923,
with the headway, round trip running time, and night
car times (if any).
