[PRCo] Used parts from Johnstown???

There was a speculation on another trolley list that PRCo had acquired some used PCC parts from Johnstown. Truck parts and electrical gear could be useful for Pittsburgh, but they went to Belgium. Among the useful artifacts could be some door parts, lights and possibly also some smaller body parts. Some of the parts would be possibly useful also for 1600, but that was gone when JTC abandoned its streetcar system.
Does exist any evidence of such business?
