If you want a third confirmation, here it is.  We used a then and now pair of
pictures of Hillcrest in a display at Arden ... the first showed a picture of a
5400 car signed for Library taken by Lester Wismer about 1950.  The contemporary
color picture shows that the house in the picture has been replaced by a much
larger commercial building.
