[PRCo] PAAC to PAT

I believe that PAAC took over PRC on March 1, 1964.  A few months later PAAC
had a contest to name the new public transit organization, and "PAT" was
chosen around the end of that summer, although I suspect that the new name
had actually been selected early on.
