It is one of those experiences that deserves to be sent in a letter to
the editor of the local newspaper.  But I dare not do it.  AAA Lancaster
County keeps a dossier on contacts with its members .... I happen to
know that my record with them is A+ ... spotless .... but if I make them
look bad I just might have trouble in the future.
