Not sure.  When I moved to Ford City in 1962 the local bus service was run
by Tedroe Heilman.  Ride a Mile and Walk the Rest.  His PUC license was
taken over by Myers Bus who serves our school district and now several other
districts along with a motor coach service.  The communities fund the local
transit now.
