which had Pennsylvania before it was removed, and which I had some of 
mirrored on usgshist.dementia.org, are now back online:

Very interesting collection of old USGS maps.  While most are post 1905, 
some were printed too early to show approximate route of old trolley rights 
of way.  Also useful for Pennsylvania are the county maps from circa 1915.
