I think the headline is needlessly sensationalistic, but you may recall I mentioned before this thing opened that it was going to be a mess for awhile, and I got seriously flamed by a bunch of "you telling me Dallas can can do it and Houston can't?" responses. Well it looks like we can't. There, I said it.   I view it as a sign of the decline of western society.
