Signs illuminate, yellow lights start flashing, reflectors along the tracks, 
TV safety commercials and they still can't get it? Strange indeed.

However, here in Cleveland they still turn in front of, and get run over by, 
Shaker light rail trains along both Shaker Blvd. and Van Aken Blvd. every few 
days. These two light rail lines have been operating since around 1920.  Go 
figure!
