The roof antenna was not on the train of those that I had a priviliged opportunity to run in Daugavpils, Latvia in
May.  No they are not PCC ... the performance spec rules that out.  The trucks may be copies of a St. Louis B-3 but
the control sure as hell isn't.  It was sort of a cross between GE PCM and a B50 on a West Penn car.
