[PRCo] PRC timetables

In the pre-PAT days, when there was a new timetable, PRC put them in the
take-one boxes on trolleys for a few weeks, and when they were gone you had
to wait until there was a timetable change before you could find new
timetables on the cars. Then I discovered the PRC office lobby on Seventh
St. which had racks full of timnetables for all routes 365 days a year.
After 1964, PAT was better at making timetables available throughout the
year, even if there wasn't a schedule change.
