[PRCo] Owl service

The last time Pittsburgh had 24-hour service was 2001-2002, on 16B,
51C, 54C, 61C, 71A, 81B, 86B.  PAT published a single schedule labeled
"Out All Night" listing service between about 9pm and 5am on those
routes; my copy is "Effective 11/18/2001".  I still know the 61C
outbound times past CMU by heart (1:50, 2:30, 3:20, 4:10).

Unfortunately, PAT chose not to call it "owl service".  I always get
a kick out of the owl pictures on the current SEPTA schedules.

Before 2001, when was the last owl service on PAT (or its
predecessors)?
