I remember the spur on the south side of the Liberty Ave. trolley
platform/roof, just east of 11th St., but I'm not sure if the spur was used
by trolleys or trains at that time (the late 1940's). There was also a news
stand/snack shop near the base of the stairs that led from Liberty Ave. up
to the PRR station.
And then there was the trolley route sign under the Liberty Avenue waiting
canopy- very much like the trolley route sign that was under the P&LE
station canopy. Was the sign at either station saved?
