[PRCo] Forbes Ave exposed track

I can't swear to this, since I went by on it on the bus and didn't
get a real close look at it, but there's repaving work on Forbes
east of Margaret Morrison St, and there seemed to be intermittent
bits of exposed track on the south side of Forbes.

It's not particularly impressive, but perhaps worth seeing if you're
in the area.
