If you want to see a really good red earth deposit, look at Baltimore Streetcar
Museum's trailer. Mark Dawson rescued it from its later life as a fruit stand
in Reisterstown, MD. For for at least 15 years, it has been sitting outside.
The tarp blew away twice. You'll find it hiding in the trees and brush near
the Ma & Pa roundhouse. Maybe it could serve as a pattern for a new one, but
don't ever mic the thickness of steel to find out how think the replacement
parts should be.
