Tell me Jim ... how much does that have to do with the neighborhoods in which
those cars run (or don't run)? If they were running south of Mission Street,
would they become decorated? I AM NOT BEING CRITICAL ... JUST TRYING TO LEARN.
In other words, does the problem have a class relationship?
