[PRCo] Photography prohibition

Russ Jackson, Fred Schneider, Bruce Bente and Mark McGuire were stopped
by Port Authority police for aiming a camera at a soft target this
weekend ... we were told that it is illegal since 9-11 to photograph
trolleys.  There may be nothing in the law prohibiting same but the
police have been told by their bosses that it is illegal.   We got
stopped yesterday noon just when we wanted to take the final picture of
the weekend ... we did get all we wanted on the rebuilt Overbrook line
in the previous two days.
