Did 21-line ever operate out of Manchester?
That could explain Westinghouse car.
Do you have dates for these photos? Think
era from about 1950--1955 would be best as low-floors
were phased out and PRCo would set aside a group of
cars for Fineview service. As mentioned earlier,
such distinctions were not enforced as time wore on.
OR were the 16s ordered from SLCCo for
Fineview service and thus the time period of 1945--1955
would be the best.
PRCo was also rather orderly about what they did
and would assume that they would group the cars together
(like 16-interurbans, but 2-groups) rather than hit and
miss numbers.
