I don't think I ever met Joe Jessel, nor was I on his fantrip.  I didn't
ride many fantrips, since I preferred to ride regularly scheduled trolleys,
or drive to scenic locations for photography, usually away from the places
where a fantrip would stop for photos.  I also liked to ride the last cars
on lines being abandoned, although that was sometimes difficult to
accomplish when several routes were discontinued on the same day.
