I am gratified to hear 832 will be put back together, and I am horrified that I misidentified 3756 as 4398.  My dad had a 4398 fixation - I have no idea why - and I kinda inherited it.  Now where does the 832 restoration plans fall in with the West Penn Car (722 or 728 or something)?  As I understand it the big West Penn car will be cosmetically restored for display, so will this be going on at the same time as 4398-832 or is it later down the line?
