Of course I know exactly where is this information! I cut page-10 out of the Sept.--Oct--1996 Trolley__Fare and put it in my Washington__Interurban photo album.
The DE Low-Floor car which took the fans back after delivering the first 3-PERC cars was 4393!

This information describes a couple PERC fantrips which may explain the photo on the 10-line spotted by Matt::
1955.06.12 4398 PRCo Monongahela Incline, 57, 32, 36, 35, 38A, 38, 42, 40, 48, 49, 22, 4, 5, 21, 8, 10, 15, 13, 6, 18.
There is a picture of 4398 at the Emsworth loop from the above fantrip on the back of Trolley__Fare March--April--2002.
