Correct.  Old route 78 connection.

There was a substation to right of photographer.  Also heard a story about a 
McCoy Brothers bus sliding down the hill behind the photographer on a winter 
day.  Great excitment.

I grew up about a mile to left of this scene. On the 64 carline.
