Here is Scott Becker's message to me on how much of the loop is finished
now:

Fred,
The crew worked to the end of the day on MONDAY.  All the rail is laid
and most of it is bolted together.  M283 made it half way around on
Sunday.  You're right - it is
impressive - it's a big loop!
