I Would Strongly Object to Pantograph on 1711.     That car has gone 
thru one professional overhaul and it would violate the integrity of 
same to drill holes for pan mounting and as such actually damage the 
car.     Oh yes, bondo could be used afterwards, but  WHO  would want that.
