How did these AM pullouts get to the outer ends of their lines once 
Manchester closed and all North Side routes operated from Keating?

No turn outbound on Lincoln from Balph and wyeing at Fremont would 
require back-up help.     The  6--BRIGHTON  loop does not seem to be set 
up like Tioga Loop and Pullouts could not loop here to go outbound.     
The only other way seems to be inbound to the North Side and then 
outbound on 13 or 14 but once this far the car might as well go downtown 
first!
